Chezi Rafaeli began his career as a residential sales associate in New York city in 1992 where he quickly learned if you are going to distinguish yourself from the competition you have to work hard and know your product inside and out. With that experience Chezi and his family moved to Downtown Chicago, what Chezi calls the most exciting, dynamic neighborhood in the entire city.
In 2003 Chezi joined Coldwell Banker’s Gold Cost office and began selling what he knows best: luxury condominiums in the Downtown market. In 2007 Chezi was recognized by Coldwell Banker when he was admitted into the President’s Premier Club, which is awarded to the top 1% of sales associates across the country. Chezi was further honored in 2007 when he placed in the top 5 city producers based on sales volume. In the last two years Chezi has generated more than $130 million in sales and listings as a result of his focused career in areas such as the Gold Coast, Streeterville, Magnificent Mile, River North and The Loop. |
